About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in the development and execution of core business plans and associated team responsibilities
- Facilitate market research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Participate in mergers and acquisitions analysis, including target identification, due diligence, and financial modeling
- Complete tasks supporting the organization's business planning goals
- Analyze complex market dynamics and factors influencing business environments
- Analyze growth opportunities including market expansion, new product development, and service offerings
- Examine information related to capital expenditure and project approval decisions
- Document business plans for key stakeholders
- Facilitate communication with internal teams to align business strategies
- Coordinate production and analysis of key performance indicator reports
- Participate in innovation of business models in the fintech sector
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skills, experience and qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem solving, collaboration and decision-making skills
- Experience supporting financial services, fintech, payments, banking, or technology organizations preferred
- One to four years of financial analysis and reporting experience preferred
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python and AI Tools and Data Sets
- Strong experience with the Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
