About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the functional delivery of GETPAID implementations, owning requirements gathering, solution design, and client outcomes
- Serve as a subject matter expert in order-to-cash processes by analyzing client data and workflows
- Design optimized solutions, including data mappings and process improvements
- Translate business needs into solution designs and partner with technical teams to deliver configured, integrated solutions
- Drive project execution across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment, quality, and on-time delivery
- Build client relationships and guide customers through implementation, testing, and adoption
- Coach clients through system setup and provide recommendations aligned to industry best practices
- Collaborate with project managers, technical consultants, product teams, client stakeholders, and the broader global delivery organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Deep, hands-on experience across the full end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycle
- Proven ability to identify inefficiencies in O2C processes and implement improvements
- Strong experience with collections management, including managing outstanding receivables, resolving disputes, and reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
- Ability to maintain positive customer relationships while driving collections and ensuring timely payments
- Experience working with ERP systems and understanding order-to-cash processes and data flow
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and documentation skills
- Ability to translate client business requirements into technical specifications and communicate solutions to business and technical audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Standard business hours with flexibility to support client needs
- Overtime as needed based on project timelines
- Occasional weekends based on project demands
- 35–40% travel
- Experience with GETPAID, particularly Cash Application or Credit modules, is an added bonus
- Experience with competing order-to-cash or receivables automation platforms is an added bonus
- Multilingual skills, particularly Spanish, are an added bonus
- For positions located in the US, conditional offers require a drug test
