About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate in team projects, community service activities, and professional development seminars
  • Complete AI-Enabled Learning Sprints at the start of the two-year program
  • Leverage AI alongside human judgment to solve business challenges and create value
  • Explore the financial technology industry and FIS’s business
  • Engage with senior leaders and industry experts
  • Build practical AI-enabled tools, including a personal prompt library and role-specific use cases
  • Support day-to-day People Office programs and processes across talent acquisition, learning, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and HR operations
  • Assist with employee inquiries, documentation, reporting, and policy administration while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Analyze workforce and people data, identify trends, and prepare reports
  • Partner with HR teams, managers, and colleagues on talent, onboarding, development, engagement, and workforce planning initiatives
  • Identify process improvements to enhance employee experience, operational efficiency, and policy compliance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study including but not limited to human resources management, business, data science, communications, and management information systems
  • Basic proficiency with AI-enabled tools and ability to apply them to enhance productivity, problem-solving, and decision-making
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptability, drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Current and future sponsorship are not available for this position
