About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support day-to-day People Office programs and processes across talent acquisition, learning, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and HR operations
  • Assist with employee inquiries, documentation, reporting, and policy administration while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Analyze workforce and people data to identify trends, prepare reports, and support business decision-making
  • Partner with HR teams, managers, and colleagues on talent, onboarding, development, engagement, and workforce planning initiatives
  • Identify process improvements that enhance employee experience, operational efficiency, and policy compliance
  • Participate in team projects, social events, professional development seminars, and work alongside team mentors

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Pursuing bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, including human resources management, business, data science, communications, or management information systems
  • Rising Senior, graduating December 2027 through May 2028
  • Basic proficiency with AI-enabled tools and ability to apply them to enhance productivity, problem-solving, and decision-making
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptability, drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Current and future sponsorship are not available for this position
