About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support product managers and product owners in gathering, organizing, and documenting business and customer requirements
  • Conduct research and analysis on customer feedback, market trends, product performance, and competitive insights
  • Assist with backlog management, user story documentation, and product feature prioritization
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and client stakeholders to support product delivery
  • Help test, validate, and monitor new features to ensure products meet business requirements and user expectations
  • Participate in team projects, social events, professional development seminars, and work alongside team mentors

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Pursuing bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study, including but not limited to Business, Management Information Systems, Product Management, Marketing, Business Analytics, Economics, or Finance
  • Rising Senior, graduating December 2027 through May 2028
  • Basic proficiency with AI-enabled tools and ability to apply them effectively to enhance productivity, problem-solving, and decision-making
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team
  • Current and future sponsorship are not available for this position
