Key responsibilities & impact
  • Gain exposure to multiple Risk & Cybersecurity functions through project work, mentoring, and team collaboration
  • Support identification, assessment, and monitoring of cybersecurity and operational risks
  • Assist with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development for risk-based decision-making
  • Participate in security monitoring, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and compliance initiatives
  • Contribute to projects strengthening security controls, business resilience, and risk mitigation practices
  • Research emerging cybersecurity threats, industry trends, and regulatory developments affecting financial services
  • Collaborate with technology, product, engineering, and business teams on cross-functional projects
  • Document processes, findings, recommendations, and project outcomes
  • Participate in professional development activities
  • Present insights and project results to peers, mentors, and program leaders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field including Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Risk Management, Business Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, or Engineering
  • Rising Senior, graduating December 2027 through May 2028
  • Basic proficiency with AI-enabled tools and ability to apply them to enhance productivity, problem-solving, and decision-making
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptability, drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Current and future sponsorship are not available for this position
