About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technical leadership for the delivery, implementation, integration, and optimization of FIS solutions within client environments
- Lead implementation and integration projects for complex client technology environments
- Analyze business and technical requirements to design scalable solution architectures
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for clients throughout delivery and deployment activities
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to align solutions with business objectives
- Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Guide configuration, customization, testing, and validation of solutions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance delivery efficiency and service quality
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across applications, platforms, and integrations
- Mentor team members and provide leadership on technical best practices and delivery standards
- Support client discussions, solution reviews, and strategic planning activities to maximize business value
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong skills and experience in Systematics IM or ST product/application
- Cobol Programming experience
- Advanced experience delivering enterprise software, technology, or financial services solutions
- Strong knowledge of systems integration, software development lifecycles, and solution implementation methodologies
- Experience translating business requirements into technical designs and actionable delivery plans
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve highly complex technical issues
- Excellent communication and consulting skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working within financial services, fintech, banking, payments, or regulated technology environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or skills-based equivalent experience
- Experience with Banking and Deposits
- Knowledge of Agile delivery frameworks and modern DevOps practices
- Experience leading global client implementations and distributed project teams
- For positions located in the US, conditional offers require a drug test
