About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in team projects, community service activities, professional development seminars, and a two-year full-time development program
- Complete AI-Enabled Learning Sprints beginning in 2027
- Learn to leverage AI alongside human judgment to solve business challenges and create value
- Explore the financial technology industry and FIS’s business
- Engage with senior leaders and industry experts
- Build practical AI-enabled tools, including a personal prompt library and role-specific use cases
- Maintain compliance records, track activities, and document adherence to policies and procedures
- Assist with compliance training administration and monitor completion
- Conduct basic research on regulatory requirements, policies, and compliance initiatives
- Identify, escalate, and track compliance-related issues
- Support remediation and process-improvement efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on audits, reviews, reporting, and compliance controls
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, including Business Administration, Political Science, Accounting, Finance, or Risk Management
- Basic proficiency with AI-enabled tools and ability to apply them to enhance productivity, problem-solving, and decision-making
- Fluent in English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptability and drive to learn
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
- Current and future sponsorship are not available for this position
- For positions located in the US, conditional offers require a drug test
