About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned institutional outsourcing clients
  • Deliver high levels of service and relationship management in support of TrustDesk business objectives
  • Oversee daily activity of assigned outsourcing relationships
  • Solve complex problems through research and communication with other departments
  • Support personnel at client institutions in day-to-day routines and financial processing
  • Perform daily servicing activities with timeliness and accuracy
  • Monitor day-to-day client activity and work with operations staff to maintain high service levels
  • Own and resolve client service-related issues
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support client relationships and ensure efficient service delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with TrustDesk Trust Accounting System is preferrable
  • 3-5 years of recent experience in trust, securities or operations
  • Client-facing and servicing experience with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, employees, clients and the public
  • Professional and calm demeanor to handle difficult clients
  • Solid organizational, leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
  • Basic knowledge of how internal systems work
  • Knowledge of FIS products and services is an added bonus
  • Some flexibility of hours is preferred
  • For positions located in the US, conditional offers require a drug test
