About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in a two-year full-time FIS University Program beginning in 2027
- Complete AI-Enabled Learning Sprints
- Learn to leverage AI and human judgment to solve business challenges
- Explore the financial technology industry and FIS’s business
- Engage with senior leaders and industry experts
- Build AI-enabled tools, including a personal prompt library and role-specific use cases
- Maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and documentation
- Coordinate meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications
- Monitor risks, issues, and action items, escalating concerns when appropriate
- Assist with reporting, data analysis, and leadership presentations
- Support governance, compliance, budgets, resource allocations, and timelines
- Collaborate with business, product, operations, and technology teams
- Participate in process improvement, change management, and implementation activities
- Build knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
- Basic proficiency with AI-enabled tools and ability to apply them to enhance productivity, problem-solving, and decision-making
- Fluent in English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptability, drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Current and future sponsorship are not available for this position
- For US positions, conditional offers require a drug test
