About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and coordinate software deployments
- Plan and coordinate software releases
- Prepare changes, coordinate their implementation, and oversee them through completion
- Serve as the central point of contact between customers, internal teams, and other stakeholders
- Ensure transparent and traceable documentation of releases, deployments, and changes
- Work closely with Global Change Management and internal Platform Owners
- Support the Client Delivery team for banking clients in Germany
Requirements
What you’ll need- Professional experience in software deployment, change management, release management, or deployment management
- Demonstrable experience planning, coordinating, and managing complex processes
- Experience in functional leadership or coordination within a release or deployment environment
- Excellent self-organization and a strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy, together with the ability to remain reliable and consistent when working with different stakeholders
- Resilience, assertiveness, and the ability to remain calm under time pressure
- Fluent German and English
- ITIL certification is an advantage
- Experience in the banking sector or prior banking knowledge is an advantage
