About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute tactical and operational business plans aligned with organizational objectives
- Identify growth opportunities and support business model innovation initiatives

Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant experience in strategy, business planning, corporate development, management consulting, finance, or a related field
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and business case development skills
- Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and strategic assessments
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
- Strong leadership experience managing teams and developing talent
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering measurable results
- 10 plus years of print operations leadership experience
- Expertise in usps postal regulations, policies, postal presorting requirements, and processing
- Experience within financial technology, payments, banking, or financial services industries
- Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, or corporate development activities
- Knowledge of strategic planning frameworks, operational excellence methodologies, or business transformation initiatives
