About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead delivery across programs, overseeing multiple concurrent projects and workstreams
- Own end-to-end delivery across reseller portfolios and programs
- Develop and manage integrated program plans, schedules, and dependencies
- Partner with reseller stakeholders and internal delivery teams
- Drive governance, executive reporting, and financial oversight
- Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations
- Ensure adherence to FIS PMO standards and contractual commitments
- Coach and mentor project managers supporting reseller initiatives
- Partner with internal product, technology, operations, sales, and client relationship teams, as well as external partners, to ensure predictable delivery, strong governance, and successful client outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of project and/or program management experience in fintech or financial services
- Experience managing large, client-facing, multi-workstream programs
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
- For positions located in the US, conditional offers require undergoing a drug test
