About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the design, development, and execution of sales enablement strategies aligned to enterprise sales priorities, go-to-market motions, and seller needs
  • Drive seller readiness, adoption, and optimization across Sales Enablement programs, with dedicated responsibility for Coast governance and adoption
  • Partner with Sales, Presales, Product Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations, and subject matter experts to identify readiness gaps, define requirements, and align priorities
  • Establish and maintain Coast governance processes, standards, roles, and decision paths
  • Translate seller workflows, feedback, and business needs into enablement use cases, process improvements, and program plans
  • Create and manage seller-facing content, playbooks, messaging, learning experiences, and reinforcement programs
  • Build scalable onboarding, training, certification, and change adoption programs
  • Support Coast pilots and phased launches through audience definition, readiness coordination, communications, training, support plans, feedback collection, and operational transition
  • Define success measures and report program performance, adoption trends, business impact, recommendations, and decisions to leaders and stakeholders
  • Establish feedback channels and operating rhythms
  • Facilitate executive briefings, workshops, live and virtual training, and knowledge transfer
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on sales enablement, seller experience, and governance; mentor team members and establish repeatable standards and best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–8 years of experience in sales enablement, revenue enablement, sales training, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, content operations, or a related commercial function
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional enablement programs combining strategy, content, learning, communications, change management, and adoption
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes, go-to-market strategy, opportunity progression, customer engagement workflows, and seller productivity drivers
  • Experience translating complex programs and capabilities into practical guidance, training, and support for sales teams
  • Experience establishing or operating governance frameworks, readiness criteria, standards, documentation, decision rights, and feedback processes
  • Ability to translate business needs and seller feedback into enablement requirements, use cases, workflows, and operational improvements
  • Experience developing playbooks, training, communications, onboarding, certification, reinforcement, and launch-readiness resources
  • Strong program and stakeholder management skills, including leading pilots, phased rollouts, adoption initiatives, and complex cross-functional work
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including interpreting usage, engagement, readiness, productivity, and qualitative feedback data
  • Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence without direct authority, manage multiple priorities, and deliver against deadlines
  • Experience in enterprise software, fintech, financial services, or complex business-to-business sales environment is preferred
  • Deep knowledge of sales enablement principles, adult learning, content strategy, seller communications, and reinforcement practices
  • Knowledge of governance, process design, workflow optimization, and operational excellence
  • Ability to define program adoption and performance measures and turn data into recommendations and action
  • Strong executive presence, customer service orientation, and communication skills
  • Strong facilitation, consulting, influence, project management, organizational, decision-making, interpersonal, and time management capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and move between strategic planning and hands-on execution
