About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own creation and maintenance of solution and product sales playbooks aligned to GTM messaging and launch timelines
  • Build, publish, and maintain Power Learning modules and knowledge assessments in Seismic
  • Lead AI-enabled role-play scenarios and practice content for seller readiness
  • Translate GTM and product launch briefs into field-ready enablement programs
  • Own Seismic content and knowledge base and uphold content governance standards
  • Manage Digital Sales Room templates and launch communications
  • Track and report enablement adoption and impact metrics
  • Lead onboarding and first-year seller enablement programs
  • Own internal field communications, newsletters, and launch updates
  • Drive the Field Enablement operating rhythm, including status reporting, prioritization, and coordination
  • Gather seller and presales feedback to improve content and delivery
  • Review source content and convert it into clear, engaging sales learning
  • Lead automation opportunities and simplify or scale enablement processes
  • Create and configure AI agents or reusable prompts for content processing and workflows
  • Use AI tools daily across content, learning, and productivity platforms
  • Apply sales process, framework, methodology, and CRM knowledge to playbooks and learning content
  • Create e-learning experiences and short-form enablement videos
  • Design and deliver virtual and in-person sales training
  • Produce internal deal-win success stories
  • Mentor junior team members and act as a subject-matter expert on enablement tools and standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in sales enablement, marketing, or a relevant sales-facing role
  • Proven track record of owning enablement initiatives end to end
  • Proven experience leading content management and content governance processes
  • Ability to influence and build trusted relationships in a global matrix organization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Technology and AI savvy, with confidence using AI daily across different platforms
  • Proficient in Microsoft application suite, especially PowerPoint
  • Continuous-improvement and automation mindset
  • Hands-on experience creating agents, reusable prompts, or streamlined workflows
  • Ability to review, structure, and simplify complex source content into sales learning and enablement materials
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, frameworks, methodologies, and CRM workflows
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce
  • Ability to apply learning-design principles to e-learning, video, and practice-based experiences
  • Comfortable presenting and facilitating sales training for virtual or in-person audiences
  • Video editing skills using tools such as Microsoft Clipchamp and Synthesia
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree required
  • Must be located in EST
