About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide operational support to People Partners
  • Support Learning & Development, corporate communications, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Participate in or lead the evaluation, definition, and execution of People processes, policies, and procedures
  • Identify strategic and tactical learning solutions based on organizational needs and strategy
  • Assist with talent development solutions
  • Review, track, and document compliance with training, continuing education, work assessments, licensure, exams, and certifications
  • Explore and incorporate AI-enabled tools for L&D program design, delivery, and measurement
  • Coordinate global all-hands meetings, fireside chats, and company-wide events
  • Assist with department and corporate communications
  • Maintain People intranet pages, communications, guides, and employee-facing content
  • Build, administer, and analyze employee engagement surveys and translate results into actionable plans
  • Support culture-strengthening programs
  • Coordinate strategic People team project plans
  • Create and maintain project plan materials using software platforms
  • Support HR projects, deliverables, performance, recognition, and rewards processes
  • Identify and apply AI tools to streamline People processes, project management, and reporting
  • Maintain employment and confidential files
  • Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle activities
  • Maintain LMS and performance management system data
  • Develop, implement, and enforce department processes, policies, and procedures
  • Recommend process-efficiency improvements
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Handle employment-related inquiries and refer complex or sensitive matters appropriately

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of three (3) years of administrative and/or operational support in a high speed People team working environment
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, organization development or related field or equivalent experience
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential or equivalent is a plus
  • Proficiency in multiple human resource disciplines, including employee relations, culture, learning and development, performance management, compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, and federal and state respective employment laws is a plus
  • Experience coordinating large-scale corporate events or communications is a plus
  • Comfort utilizing AI tools and technologies is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience building and interpreting survey or engagement data is a plus
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Proficiency with or ability to quickly learn HRIS and talent management systems
  • High integrity; must be objective and exercise confidentiality and discretion
