About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the EMEA client discovery method, standards, artefacts and cadence
  • Lead live discovery engagements with clients and business teams
  • Uphold adopt-not-adapt principles and avoid platform customisation
  • Coordinate regional discovery and efficient onboarding for smaller opportunities
  • Coordinate regional priorities and maintain a single, evidence-based demand view
  • Lead triage with product managers and align regional demands with global teams
  • Chair the regional Product Review Committee and track decisions, ownership and execution
  • Ensure consistent pricing and contract terms across EMEA
  • Support deal reviews with Legal, Finance and commercial teams
  • Lead go-to-market collateral, RFP responses, product documentation and demos
  • Maintain the product catalogue and high-quality product artefacts
  • Deliver leadership reporting, dashboards, regional KPIs and market intelligence
  • Embed AI in product practices and operations, partnering on responsible use in regulated financial services
  • Build and lead a neutral, process-focused Product Operations function

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Substantial experience in Product Operations, governance or portfolio operations
  • Proven client discovery experience, translating needs into product requirements
  • Experience managing priorities and demand across competing stakeholders
  • Experience running senior decision forums and ensuring follow-through
  • Knowledge of product pricing and commercial standards, working with Legal and Finance
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle and modern development practices
  • Experience with product and portfolio tooling and AI tooling
  • Hands-on experience building processes, producing initial analysis and artefacts, then scaling delivery through a team
  • Experience in payments, banking or regulated financial services
  • Experience working across global platforms and regional markets
  • Experience in platform migration or modernisation
  • Process improvement experience
  • Experience selecting or improving product workflow tools
