About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure quality delivery and maintenance support of all products and services for the assigned client
  • Manage and develop operational relationships for the client
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the client’s business, goals, strategies and industry trends
  • Develop and manage operational and technical relationships through in-person visits and phone calls
  • Carry out the account plan
  • Understand the client’s environment to ensure full utilization of Fiserv’s solutions
  • Provide reporting on accomplishments and in-process activities
  • Influence and work cross-functionally on critical initiatives, including incident response and process improvement
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures
  • Maintain compliance with system audits and client profile updates
  • Perform administrative duties to ensure legal and contractual obligations are met

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years’ experience in customer service
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Project Management experience (preferred)
  • Enterprise problem prevention and resolution experience (preferred)
  • Ability to make independent decisions, exercising good judgment and managing complex issues (preferred)
  • Must be able to work in an eligible location; this role is not eligible in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, Maine or Washington
