About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and manage operational and technical relationships through in-person visits and phone calls to help carry out the account plan
- Understand the client’s environment to ensure full utilization of Fiserv’s solutions for maximum benefit
- Provide various levels of reporting on accomplishments and in-process activities
- Influence and work cross-functionally on critical initiatives, including incident response and process improvement
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures
- Maintain compliance with system audits and client profile updates
- Perform administrative duties to ensure Fiserv meets legal and contractual obligations
- Manage and develop operational relationships for assigned clients
- Ensure quality delivery and maintenance support of products and services
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- 3+ years’ experience in customer service
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- Project Management experience
- Enterprise problem prevention and resolution experience
- Ability to make independent decisions, exercising good judgment and managing complex issues
- Role cannot be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, Maine or Washington
