About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and manage operational and technical relationships through in-person visits and phone calls to help carry out the account plan
  • Understand the client’s environment to ensure full utilization of Fiserv’s solutions for maximum benefit
  • Provide various levels of reporting on accomplishments and in-process activities
  • Influence and work cross-functionally on critical initiatives, including incident response, process improvement, and developing/maintaining standard operating procedures
  • Maintain compliance with system audits, client profile updates, and other administrative duties to ensure Fiserv meets legal and contractual obligations
  • Ensure quality delivery and maintenance support of all products and services to the assigned client
  • Manage and develop operational relationships for the client
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the client’s business, goals, strategies, industry trends, and directions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years’ experience in customer service
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Project Management experience (preferred)
  • Enterprise problem prevention and resolution experience (preferred)
  • Ability to make independent decisions, exercising good judgment and managing complex issues (preferred)
  • This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, Maine or Washington.
