About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure quality delivery and maintenance support of all products and services for assigned clients
  • Manage and develop operational relationships with clients
  • Understand clients’ businesses, goals, strategies, industry trends and directions
  • Develop and manage operational and technical relationships through in-person visits and phone calls
  • Carry out account plans
  • Ensure full utilization of Fiserv solutions for maximum client benefit
  • Provide reporting on accomplishments and in-process activities
  • Influence and work cross-functionally on incident response, process improvement, and standard operating procedures
  • Maintain compliance with system audits and client profile updates
  • Complete administrative duties to meet legal and contractual obligations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years’ experience in customer service
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Project Management experience (preferred)
  • Enterprise problem prevention and resolution experience (preferred)
  • Ability to make independent decisions, exercising good judgment and managing complex issues (preferred)
  • Must not be located in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, Maine or Washington
