About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Set the vision and lead Fiserv’s in-person commerce portfolio
- Bring together devices, software, applications, payments and services into simple, reliable merchant and partner experiences
- Own strategy, commercial outcomes, product performance and end-to-end delivery across multiple markets
- Own the product vision, strategy and multi-year roadmap
- Shape integrated merchant experiences across payment acceptance, devices, software, applications and value-added services
- Lead the full product lifecycle from customer discovery and business case through development, launch, adoption and optimisation
- Translate merchant, partner and market needs into propositions, prioritised requirements and scalable capabilities
- Own portfolio performance, including revenue growth, adoption, margin, customer experience, reliability and lifecycle economics
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Risk and Compliance
- Build and lead a high-performing product team
- Influence senior leaders and investment decisions through product strategies, business cases and performance reporting
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant product leadership experience in payments, fintech, commerce technology or a related industry
- Deep understanding of merchants operating in physical environments and technologies supporting payment acceptance and business management
- Strong record defining product strategy and delivering complex propositions across software, hardware and services
- Commercial acumen, including portfolio economics, investment choices and measurable business outcomes
- Proven ability to lead product teams and align senior stakeholders across global and regional organisations
- Excellent communication, analytical and decision-making skills, with a strong focus on customers and execution
- Experience with SaaS, embedded applications or platform-based business models
- Knowledge of payment devices, merchant software ecosystems, integrations and distribution partnerships
- Experience simplifying or modernising a complex product portfolio
- Familiarity with agile product development and data-led product management
- Experience delivering products across multiple international markets and regulatory environments
