About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, manage, and showcase innovative solutions to complex business problems leveraging Finxact Core APIs and technical features
  • Provide technical consulting to clients and serve as a subject matter expert on Finxact Core APIs and integration points
  • Manage components of client implementations, training, product feedback, and client support
  • Provide guidance on integrating vendors into the Finxact ecosystem
  • Consult clients on integration models and workflows
  • Support client users through onboarding
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of Finxact technology and architecture
  • Troubleshoot complex business problems using Finxact Core and surrounding systems
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to varied audiences
  • Interface with ecosystem partners, clients, and internal teams to promote product adoption
  • Participate in analysis of technical application and client ecosystem requirements
  • Identify requirements related to people, processes, and technology
  • Develop and code core functionality and interfaces
  • Execute and document tests
  • Assist with deployment for client implementations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years professional experience in API and software development
  • 2+ years of experience programming functional, imperative or object-oriented languages
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and military experience
  • Financial industry experience and knowledge of Golang programming would be great to have
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without need for sponsorship, now or in the future
  • Must be available for an on-site Monday through Friday role
  • Successful completion of standard background checks
