About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, deploy, and maintain critical local and global load balancing infrastructure using Citrix NetScaler and F5 solutions
- Manage DNS infrastructure and configurations
- Design and implement load-balanced application configurations
- Provide technical leadership and design guidance for application teams
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and drive problems through resolution
- Lead platform upgrades, configuration changes, capacity planning, and performance optimization
- Develop and maintain configurations for virtual servers, certificates, policies, and related services
- Apply encryption technologies used by web applications, DNS, and load balancing
- Partner with application, infrastructure, security, OEM, and vendor teams on technical solutions
- Operate in a regulated, controlled financial environment
- Develop technical standards, documentation, and implementation procedures
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate infrastructure processes using Python and Ansible
- Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing across engineering teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of experience in network, systems, infrastructure engineering, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience with Citrix NetScaler and/or F5 design, deployment, and support
- 6+ years of experience with LTM, GTM, HA, GSLB, and ad content switching
- 4+ years of DNS experience, including Bluecat, DNSSEC, and F5 XC
- Experience troubleshooting complex financial, regulated, enterprise infrastructure environments
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, related experience, and/or military experience
- Experience with Python, Ansible, or other infrastructure automation tools
- Experience with multi-factor authentication solutions
- Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure migrations or modernization initiatives
- F5 certifications such as F5-CTS or F5-CSE
- Strong communication skills and experience working across technical teams, vendors, and business partners
- Must possess U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card) status
- Ability to work a second-shift schedule
- Ability to use a computer and audio equipment
