About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead a team acting as an extension of the client's business while representing Fiserv
  • Own a client segment's strategic and operational outcomes
  • Provide consultation and cross-functional leadership to Fiserv support teams
  • Manage the overall day-to-day client relationship
  • Develop strategies, processes, and people to effectively manage the client segment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years experience building productive and profitable working relationships with clients
  • 4+ years experience ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives
  • Ability to identify new revenue streams, including product and professional services
  • Valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization required
  • Temporary visas including F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, and TN are not accepted
  • Candidates requiring sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work and/or military experience
  • Experience verifying accurate and up-to-date documentation of client architecture and processing environment, product matrix, and custom processes
  • Experience facilitating client communication and delivery for association releases, regulatory changes, product/platform upgrades, fee revisions, and system enhancements
  • Ability to lead critical initiatives including external projects, incident response, process improvement, employee training, and developing/maintaining standard operating procedures
