About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with key business stakeholders to ensure successful project start-up and completion across multiple functional areas
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor complex technology projects of varying sizes and risk levels
- Plan, organize, and control resources and processes within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints
- Provide a complete view of the overall project to the organization and stakeholders
- Participate proactively in project planning activities
- Define project governance, roles, responsibilities, and decision rights
- Establish success criteria and manage projects toward expected outcomes
- Keep internal and external stakeholders engaged, aligned, and informed for timely decisions
- Communicate project progress throughout the project lifecycle
- Follow the Fiserv Infrastructure Delivery Lifecycle framework
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of progressive project management experience delivering medium to large initiatives
- 5+ years of experience in both Agile and Waterfall environments
- 5+ years of experience with project management tools such as JIRA or MS Project
- 5+ years of experience with matrix management of cross-functional processes and teams
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience
- Valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization required
- Must not require sponsorship now or in the future
- Industry certifications such as PMP, CSM, or CAPM are advantageous
- Prior experience with AI tools such as Copilot is advantageous
- Prior experience leading technical projects for infrastructure teams is advantageous
- Ability to use a computer and audio equipment
