About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead partner discovery sessions to identify integration priorities, technical requirements, business needs, and certification scope.
  • Recommend interface solutions, products, and services aligned with partner requirements and payment processing objectives.
  • Translate broad requirements, system integration procedures, and complex workflows into clear business deliverables.
  • Guide integrated partners through requirements gathering, solution design, certification, issue resolution, and deployment readiness.
  • Serve as a technical consultant for transaction processing systems, payment gateways, point-of-sale platforms, and merchant services integrations.
  • Manage project activities across the certification lifecycle, including timelines, risks, dependencies, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Maintain standard templates for presentations, proposals, partner communications, and other certification documents.
  • Work with partners, business leaders, IT teams, product teams, and internal stakeholders to identify technical solutions supporting payment processing needs.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of experience in technical solution consulting, systems integration, operations support, product support, project management, or a related technical systems role.
  • 4+ years of experience supporting transaction processing systems, payment platforms, payment gateways, point-of-sale systems, or merchant services technology.
  • 4+ years of experience gathering technical requirements, documenting integration workflows, assessing risks, and guiding partners through implementation or certification processes.
  • 4+ years of experience communicating technical concepts to business leaders, IT stakeholders, product teams, and external partners through written documentation and live discussions.
  • 4+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, to manage documentation, reporting, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
  • Must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
  • Candidates with temporary visas including F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or candidates requiring sponsorship now or in the future, will not be considered.
  • The role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.
