About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, coach, and develop the billing team
  • Manage staffing, performance, training, and professional development

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience
  • Minimum of 5 years’ management experience
  • Minimum of 10 years’ progressive billing experience in a legal or professional services environment
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, coach, and manage high-performing teams
  • Professional services billing expertise, including billing operations, client billing guidelines, alternative fee arrangements, eBilling requirements, and revenue cycle management
  • Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills
  • Advanced technical, project management, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with billing systems and reporting tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Commitment to exceptional client service and operational excellence
