About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create and maintain complex products in NetSuite and connected systems using established templates and procedures
- Run routine and seasonal data loads to keep the global product catalogue current and accurate
- Support the master data ticket queue by logging requests, resolving straightforward requests, and updating colleagues
- Check and verify completed work
- Use completeness checks through NetSuite searches or Snowflake queries
- Investigate data issues and assess their potential impact
- Build searches, extracts, and reports that answer business questions
- Use Snowflake data to produce summaries and analysis
- Document team processes and share knowledge
- Present findings in an actionable way
- Participate in structured apprenticeship study and practical application
- Report to the Head of Data, learn from the Master Data Manager and Master Data Specialist, and receive technical mentorship from the Data Engineer
Requirements
What you’ll need- Interested in technology, data, and how businesses use them to make decisions
- May have studied IT, Computer Science, Business, Technology or a related subject
- Initiative outside of education, such as personal projects, problem-solving, or exploring new technologies
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm to grow with FitFlop
- Excited to build a career in data and learn through an apprenticeship
- Naturally curious and enjoys understanding how things work
- Strong attention to detail
- Organised and proactive
- Comfortable asking questions when needed
- Communicates clearly and works well with others
- No previous data experience or coding experience required
- Willingness to complete a Level 3 Data Technician Apprenticeship
