Key responsibilities & impact

Attract top talent and develop a strong, qualified candidate pool for current and future openings
Proactively identify, source and manage talent pools aligned to business priorities
Manage full-cycle recruiting from initial outreach through offer acceptance, including sourcing, screening, feedback, candidate management and offer negotiation
Ensure an insanely great candidate experience that demonstrates Five Below’s culture and commitment to its employees
Develop, design and adjust sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the competitive market
Build relationships with potential candidates
Manage open job requisitions in Workday ATS for accurate tracking and metrics reporting
Compile and communicate knowledge base, industry overviews and market trends to HR and hiring managers

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree Required
Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience in a high-volume environment
Retail industry experience preferred
Ability to be agile, flexible and thrive in a fast paced, high growth, competitive environment with an eye towards efficiencies in process
Must project a strong business presence and can instill confidence in clients and deliver results
Proactive recruiting and sourcing experience
Well-developed interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to partner and build relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Aptitude for working with highly confidential and sensitive information
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Experience with Workday preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
