About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and develop engaging learning solutions, performance support tools, and sales enablement content for global audiences
- Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
- Own defined projects and contribute to larger projects across analysis, design, storyboarding, development, implementation, and evaluation
- Support learning needs analyses and translate business requirements into learning strategies
- Partner with senior team members as an internal consultant to identify performance gaps and recommend learning and non-learning solutions
- Contribute to measurement and evaluation plans assessing learning effectiveness and business impact
- Explore emerging learning technologies, trends, and best practices and incorporate ideas into program designs
- Collaborate with business leaders, subject matter experts, program managers, and learning professionals
- Apply project management skills to deliver assigned work on time and aligned with business objectives
- Support a collaborative global team environment promoting innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field is required
- 2+ years of experience designing and developing learning solutions is required
- Working knowledge of instructional design methodologies, including ADDIE and adult learning principles, is required
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills are required
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment is required
- Experience or demonstrated ability collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams is required
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset are required
- Exposure to commercial, sales, or revenue-generating organizations is highly recommended
- Familiarity with evaluation methodologies, including the Kirkpatrick Model, is highly recommended
- Exposure to designing learning solutions for global audiences is a plus
- Hands-on experience with authoring tools, learning technologies, and digital learning platforms is highly recommended
- Interest in measuring business impact and learning effectiveness is highly recommended
- Sales enablement or sales training experience is a plus
