About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist managers with coordinating internal resources, third parties, meetings, and information.
Monitor project plans, schedules, work hour budgets, and project deadlines.
Organize and participate in stakeholder meetings.
Manage Telecom cases.
Manage 10DLC, TFN, and short code registration from inception to completion.
Manage Number Reputation Management projects, including number profiles, number management, registration, health checks, risk rating, and remediation.
Monitor port requests and NRM from inception to completion.
Communicate regularly with customers, Porting, and Numeracle teams.
Review and verify orders, coordinate service installation, and communicate milestone dates with customers and vendors.
Liaise between Porting, Numeracle, internal teams, and end users.
Explain number porting and NRM processes to customers.
Manage number transfer issues outside the normal process.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field, Networking or telecom projects preferred.
Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook, Salesforce.
Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
Ability to work on tight deadlines on multiple active projects.
Willing to work in US time or night shift schedule.
