About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own global campaign strategy, including themes, calendar, channel mix, and offer architecture
- Set and deliver pipeline targets by region, segment, and industry
- Build demand programs for international markets based on regional channel mix, language, buying behavior, and sales motions
- Own and optimize the demand budget
- Build and run account-based marketing for strategic and named enterprise accounts
- Use intent, engagement, and firmographic signals to prioritize team and Sales activity
- Lead inbound and outbound sales development globally, including coverage models, capacity planning, territory alignment, and quota setting
- Own speed-to-lead and qualification standards jointly with Sales leadership
- Align campaign messaging with outbound sales sequences
- Develop sales development as a talent pipeline
- Own partner marketing across resellers, distributors, systems integrators, and technology alliances
- Build co-marketing programs generating partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline
- Drive expansion demand into the installed base
- Build customer advocacy and reference programs
- Own the global events portfolio and measure event investments on pipeline and cost per opportunity
- Lead a global organization across multiple teams
- Hire, develop, and retain leaders
- Partner across Product Marketing, Brand and Communications, Marketing Operations, and Analytics
- Represent the demand engine to the executive team
- Report to the Chief Marketing Officer and partner with Sales, Partner, and regional and segment leaders
Requirements
What you’ll need- 15+ years of marketing experience, including at least 8 years leading demand generation in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
- Experience running demand across both the Americas and international markets
- Experience leading a sales development organization or partnering closely with one where SDR performance was part of the marketing number
- Proven experience designing and scaling ABM programs for enterprise accounts in partnership with Sales
- Partner or channel marketing experience, including co-marketing programs and MDF management, highly recommended
- Experience owning an events portfolio at scale, including at least one large owned customer or user conference
- Customer marketing or installed-base demand experience highly recommended
- Expert command of funnel metrics, attribution, campaign ROI, and budget allocation
- Strong hands-on familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, ABM and intent platforms, sales engagement tooling, and BI reporting
- Hands-on proficiency with modern AI tools and their application to demand generation
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Ability to work in the Dallas office three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
