About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Implement integrated marketing plans and events within the designated geographic region
  • Partner with regional teams, under national marketing direction, to implement and evaluate local area marketing programs
  • Strengthen relationships with franchise strategic partners
  • Create, maintain and increase brand awareness, customer traffic and loyalty as the primary regional Brand Ambassador for Fix Network
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns
  • Provide corporate marketing support to franchisees while positively representing their brands and business
  • Conduct market research on local market conditions and customer needs and turn findings into actionable programs
  • Measure and report digital marketing campaign performance against ROI and KPI goals
  • Manage and execute in-store franchisee promotions, events and community outreach activities
  • Collaborate with local teams to support B2B sales activities
  • Create and manage marketing initiative budgets
  • Compile franchisee updates, stories, achievements and testimonials for internal and social media communications
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and budgets
  • Communicate regularly with cross-functional and national marketing teams
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity
  • Post content and resources on the franchisee intranet
  • Collaborate on brand-specific e-newsletter research, development and design
  • Create engaging social media content
  • Maintain tracking documents supporting franchisee implementation
  • Contribute to news releases and support media relations
  • Assist franchisees with grand opening events and community engagement activities
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience with multiple brands in a multi-unit marketing role, preferably in a franchise environment
  • Strong understanding of retail marketing and B2B strategies
  • Experience with budget management and campaign analysis
  • Strong project management and analytical data analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with traditional and digital media marketing
  • Proficient and experienced in MS Office suite
  • Experience with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube
  • Understanding of Google Analytics and other web, social and digital analytical tools
  • Proven success creating multi-channel campaigns
  • Working experience managing organic and paid media campaigns and creating SEO optimized content
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photo Shop and Adobe Acrobat) and other content development platforms preferred
  • Must be able to travel
