About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead customer onboarding and rollout from kickoff to go-live across individual dealerships and dealership groups
  • Own timelines, integrations, training, and launch day
  • Drive daily product adoption and measurable outcomes including missed-call capture, appointment set rate, response time, show rate, and retention
  • Build relationships with dealership leaders including GMs, GSMs, Fixed Ops Directors, Service Managers, and BDC Managers
  • Run weekly check-ins, launch reviews, and QBRs
  • Maintain accountability for customer metrics and next steps
  • Triage escalations and work with product and engineering to resolve issues
  • Execute and improve onboarding, training, renewal, and support processes
  • Own retention and growth, including multi-rooftop rollouts, new use cases, and increased volume
  • Translate dealership feedback into product feedback, identify patterns, and help shape future products

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must live in Florida
  • Regular travel to customer dealerships across Florida
  • Experience owning a book of business and driving adoption/retention in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience in a customer-facing role at an early-stage B2B SaaS company
  • Clear, confident, and organized communication with dealers
  • Strong at leading calls, training teams, and writing clean follow-ups
  • Strong CRM hygiene, notes, tasks, and consistent account plans
  • Ability to follow process diligently and run a tight ship
  • Ability to build genuine customer relationships and focus on customer outcomes
  • High ownership and relentless follow-through
  • Willingness to work at an early-stage company within an evolving process
  • Experience with dealer tech ecosystems such as DMS/CRM/schedulers, call tracking, and BDC workflows (nice to have)
  • Experience scaling onboarding across multi-rooftop groups (nice to have)
  • Comfort with light technical coordination, integrations, data mapping, and troubleshooting (nice to have)
  • Experience with QBRs tied to dealership KPIs such as RO count, appointments, CSI, and retention (nice to have)
