About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Run IT onboarding and offboarding for new employees, including account creation and equipment setup
Manage the device fleet across Windows, Mac, and Linux using MDM tools
Handle identity and access management tasks, including access requests and permission reviews
Build and maintain automations for recurring IT tasks and processes
Provide front-line IT support and troubleshoot issues for employees
Work closely with the Tech team and report to the CISO
Support secure, efficient, and uninterrupted internal technical operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Familiarity with Microsoft environments, including Office, Entra ID, and Intune
Troubleshooting mindset and methodical approach to IT issues
Exposure to identity and access management concepts, including SSO, MFA, RBAC, and least privilege
Some experience with or interest in MDM tools
Proactive, service-oriented attitude
Genuine interest in improving internal systems as a product
Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish
