About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist customers through designated channels: phone, email, or chat

Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience with HR or payroll and personnel administration processes
- Knowledge of timesheets, working-hours tracking, and employment law
- Experience assisting customers with employment-process or personnel-administration topics
- Experience providing support by phone, email, or chat
- Experience entering information into HubSpot CRM
- Experience using customer support tools
