About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the strategic Mitsubishi Partnership Relationship and deliver mutual growth targets across SME, Corporate, Novated and MDFL.
- Own all Mitsubishi reporting under the agreed Reporting Framework and ensure completion by committed dates.
- Build requirements to enable the data and analytics team to automate reporting in a BI dashboard.
- Manage partner relationships and performance in line with organisational strategy, business plans and KPIs.
- Build partner relationships through business meetings, strategic planning sessions, workshops and industry events.
- Assist with partner-specific sales targets, performance reporting, strategic business reviews and partner growth action plans.
- Manage existing contract commitments and negotiations, reviewing and maximising commercial terms.
- Develop and deliver campaign strategies for relevant partners in collaboration with internal teams.
- Engage with the Leadership Team regarding partner lifecycle opportunities, risks and initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales Leaders and Relationship Managers to understand customer portfolios and feedback.
- Identify opportunities to grow Mitsubishi share and capture growth opportunities in reports and Salesforce.
- Support day-to-day operations and BDMs with customer onboarding, in-life servicing, marketing and end-of-lease processes.
- Build understanding of cross-functional lease and value proposition processes and lead improvement initiatives for Mitsubishi.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities
- Fluent in both English and Japanese
- Strong understanding in FMO/Automotive industry
- Existing relationship with Mitsubishi, Japan
- Tertiary qualifications in a business or related field such as business management, sales, communications and/or marketing, and/or industry specific qualifications
- Commitment to ongoing learning
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic business environment
- Strong collaboration and independent decision-making skills
- Passion for people leadership
