Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and prioritise inbound phone and email-based customer cases and queries

Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in a customer service environment - call centre/retail/hospitality
- Proven ability to resolve complex or ambiguous customer issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality service.
