About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Proactively engage with employees of clients as they approach the end of their current novated lease, beginning around 12 months before lease expiry.
  • Identify opportunities to retain customers through new novated leases, lease extensions and aftermarket sales.
  • Sell novated leases through End of Lease lead sources.
  • Up-sell and cross-sell novated products and services.
  • Keep accurate sales activity records in the CRM and report revenue within required timeframes.
  • Prioritise retaining customers’ business with FleetPartners.
  • Ensure a high level of customer experience at End of Lease.
  • Attend relevant product and skill courses and share relevant points with other Consultants.
  • Meet individual monthly sales budgets.
  • Facilitate end-to-end customer service from initial enquiry through vehicle delivery.
  • Arrange customer quotations and facilitate credit applications.
  • Manage customer queries and complete administration, including preparing quotes and retrieving sale-related documents.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–3 years’ experience in a sales role, ideally within novated leasing, motor vehicle leasing or financial services.
  • Strong sales, communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers.
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment and managing a high volume of customer interactions.
  • A positive, resilient and adaptable approach, with a willingness to embrace feedback and change.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues and key stakeholders.
  • An understanding of relevant legislation and compliance requirements relating to financial and leasing products.
