About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the end-to-end vehicle settlement process, ensuring all required documentation, insurance certificates and contractual obligations are completed accurately and on time.
  • Review and validate lease agreements, finance approvals and settlement documentation for compliance with company policies, financier requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Liaise with customers, dealerships and financiers to obtain outstanding information, resolve issues and drive timely settlement outcomes.
  • Prepare and coordinate monthly compliance and settlement reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records and support internal and external audit requirements.
  • Support the Purchasing team with vehicle ordering and delivery processes.
  • Build working relationships across Sales, Customer Experience and Operations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong numeracy skills, with a focus on data accuracy and document integrity
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively, meet deadlines and service levels, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident communicator, able to build strong working relationships with internal teams, external suppliers and financiers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word (intermediate to advanced level)
  • Comfortable working autonomously while managing competing priorities
  • Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment and perform repetitive tasks accurately
