About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support and grow FleetPride’s service business across multiple business units
  • Support service operations and service writing for the Virtual Branch team
  • Intake, qualify, schedule, and follow up with customers regarding heavy-duty service via phone, email, and virtual channels
  • Recommend related services, provide estimates, coordinate service completion with technicians, and process completed service orders
  • Coordinate service dispatch, purchase orders, logistics, and repair schedules
  • Track work progress, communicate updates, and control related costs
  • Process and complete repair orders to support timely invoicing
  • Source parts from warehouses, branches, or OEM dealers
  • Manage special order, return, and warranty parts
  • Review customer requirements, rate sheets, and bulletins
  • Participate in training, team meetings, and process improvement initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality
  • Collaborate with field teams, service teams, and internal departments
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree or high school diploma or equivalent with an additional 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience using Karmak and iSeries systems
  • Strong FleetPride branch knowledge
  • Mobile service writing experience
  • Customer service expertise
  • Ability to intake, qualify, schedule, and follow up on heavy-duty service requests
  • Ability to estimate, schedule, and coordinate repairs with service technicians
  • Ability to coordinate service dispatch, purchase orders, and logistics
  • Ability to track work progress, communicate updates, and control related costs
  • Ability to process and complete repair orders accurately and efficiently
  • Ability to locate and secure parts from warehouses, branches, or OEM dealers
  • Ability to account for special order, return, and warranty parts in compliance with company policy
  • Ability to maintain accurate service and parts records
  • Ability to participate in training, team meetings, and process improvement initiatives
