About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery for existing product releases and new product offerings
- Define program roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics aligned with organizational goals
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across product management, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success
- Serve as the key contact and communication hub for program-related activities
- Align program goals with the company’s strategic vision
- Identify dependencies and synergies across the product portfolio
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues
- Develop contingency plans and adapt strategies to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
- Provide regular progress, risk, and milestone updates to stakeholders and executives
- Ensure transparency and clarity in program status and decision-making
- Apply program management best practices and drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Contribute to learning and collaboration with other program managers
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of program management experience
- At least 3 years managing cross-functional initiatives in a software or technology-focused organization
- Exceptional ability to manage complexity and ambiguity
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proven expertise in building and managing program roadmaps and timelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern product development practices
- Technical literacy across AI/GenAI systems, data, and platform architecture
- Proficiency in program management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Experience with Web Applications, Go, Ruby, JavaScript, React, microservice architectures, AWS, or MS Azure is a plus
