About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery for existing product releases and new product offerings
Define program roadmaps, milestones, and success metrics aligned with organizational goals
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across product management, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success
Serve as the key communication hub for program-related activities
Align program goals with the company’s strategic vision
Identify dependencies and synergies across the product portfolio
Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues
Develop contingency plans and adapt program strategies to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
Provide regular progress, risk, and milestone updates to stakeholders and executives
Ensure transparency and clarity in program status and decision-making
Apply program management best practices and drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
Contribute to learning and collaboration with other program managers

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of program management experience
At least 3 years managing cross-functional initiatives in a software or technology-focused organization
Strong understanding of the AI landscape is preferred
Exceptional ability to manage complexity and ambiguity
Strong problem-solving skills
Expertise in building and managing program roadmaps and timelines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and modern product development practices
Technical literacy across AI/GenAI systems, data, and platform architecture
Experience with Web Applications, Go, Ruby, JavaScript, React, microservice architectures, AWS, or MS Azure is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field
Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office, and Gen AI tools such as Copilot and Claude
