About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the social media strategy, primarily on LinkedIn
  • Create and consistently publish product videos, carousels, infographics and PDFs, measuring engagement
  • Produce case studies, articles, industry news, thought leadership and product launch material several times a month
  • Film and produce people stories, product walkthroughs and interviews with the team in and around the office
  • Coordinate and execute seven to nine annual events, including trade shows, conferences, customer events and broker events
  • Plan the event calendar with the Senior Marketing Manager
  • Set event budgets, build stands, run event days, follow up on leads and report on event performance
  • Shape the content strategy with the Senior Marketing Manager and produce the content
  • Design marketing assets in Claude Design and Figma
  • Draft, edit, repurpose and scale content with AI tools while preserving a human voice and creative judgement
  • Work with underwriting, distribution and product teams to develop content

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant content creation and social media experience, ideally in B2B tech
  • Measurable results from owning and executing a social strategy
  • Portfolio of work available to share on the spot
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills, proven in published work
  • Track record organising and coordinating trade shows, conferences, business events, and internal events for customers and stakeholders
  • Hands-on design skills in Figma and Claude Design
  • Startup pace and ownership, with experience owning outcomes end to end
  • Ability to spot improvements and act without waiting for a brief
  • Confident, critical use of AI across marketing work
  • Video editing experience is nice to have
  • Exposure to insurance, fleet or telematics is nice to have
  • Adobe Creative Cloud would be a bonus
