About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own relationships with a portfolio of Flock’s largest fleet clients as their primary point of contact
- Develop a strong understanding of client businesses
- Build and run the corporate account management approach, including client reviews, reporting, relationship cadence and account planning
- Work closely with brokers and Broker Development Managers to deliver a coordinated client experience
- Coordinate claims, safety, underwriting and finance teams to resolve client questions and issues
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across client organisations
- Identify retention risks and create plans to protect important accounts
- Support commercial management of corporate clients working directly with Flock
- Improve Flock’s client service proposition, including account reviews, portal engagement, safety support, claims and reporting
- Feed client feedback back into the business
- Use AI for account research, meeting preparation, query management, meeting summaries and client reporting
- Report to the Head of Distribution
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong experience within the insurance industry
- Clear understanding of the broker–client–insurer dynamic
- Experience in a client-facing role such as insurer account or deal management, broker account management, claims relationship management or a similar position
- Proven track record of managing important client relationships and delivering strong retention or customer satisfaction
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders across clients, brokers and internal teams
- Strong commercial judgement, including identifying account risks and building retention plans
- Ability to work effectively within a broker-led relationship
- Energy and ownership, with ability to drive problems through to solutions
- Confidence using AI in daily work
- Preferable: experience with large, complex or multi-site corporate clients, Commercial Motor Fleet or fleet risk and safety, claims processes, or building an account management or client service proposition
