About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Review weekly and monthly campaign performance data to determine amounts owed
Access campaign tracking platforms to retrieve performance and payment information
Reconcile expected payments against actual deposits and payments received
Identify discrepancies between amounts owed and amounts paid and track outstanding payments
Maintain accurate records of payments, campaign data, and reconciliations
Prepare recurring reports and summaries using financial and campaign data
Work with spreadsheets to organize, analyze, and track payment information
Learn and use marketing campaign tracking platforms such as Voluum, Everflow, and CAKE

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–3 years of experience in Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Billing, Finance, or a related area
Experience with reconciliation, payment tracking, or financial reporting
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
Comfortable working with numbers and financial information with a high level of accuracy
Ability to identify and investigate discrepancies between expected and actual payments
Comfortable learning and navigating new software platforms
Basic technical aptitude
Experience with Voluum, Everflow, CAKE, or similar marketing tracking platforms is a plus
Advanced English (C1+)
