About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead multiple complex proposals simultaneously, managing each project from kickoff through submission and interview preparation
Develop clear, persuasive proposal content from technical staff input
Use graphics and callouts to improve readability and communicate key information
Produce proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and introductory brochures
Maintain accurate and consistent project information, resumes, and firm data across internal systems
Improve proposal processes, templates, and workflows
Train and mentor junior team members on proposal tools and workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience producing proposals and marketing materials, ideally within professional services
Strong written and spoken English skills
Ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency in InDesign, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Experience using AI tools in professional workflows
Background in real estate, construction, or design is a plus
Advanced English (C1+)
