About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build high-quality, user-focused experiences from the ground up with React, NodeJS, and MongoDB
- Leverage AWS services such as S3, Lambda, and Step Functions to deliver features quickly and efficiently
- Collaborate on the technical vision and participate in or lead discussions and implementations across multiple complex projects
- Act on customer product feedback, data, and growth needs in an agile environment
- Improve engineering processes, tools, and systems
- Own or pair on vertically sliced features through the full SDLC, including code review, deployments, production support, and external API support
- Identify product and engineering opportunities and build solutions that exceed customer quality expectations
- Work with the engineering team, sales, and customers to define, prioritize, and build new features
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of professional full stack experience at 1 or more referenceable companies
- Experience with web app development, RESTful API design, or data modeling
- Proficiency in JavaScript and React, NodeJS, or MongoDB
- Strong experience with tools like Snowflake
- Track record of shipping high-quality products and features to customers and developing projects at scale
- Ability to quickly turn business and product ideas into engineering solutions
- US-based work authorization/location eligibility
- B2B SaaS experience (nice to have)
- Experience taking a product from 0 to 1 (nice to have)
- Practice with TDD, BDD, or code coverage (nice to have)
