Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the food retail and wholesale channels and administer the assigned customer portfolio through weekly reviews and meetings.
  • Analyze and review purchasing history in the region, identifying gaps and opportunities.
  • Ensure effective product visibility among customers in the region.
  • Conduct business visits to regional customers, providing sales consulting.
  • Negotiate sell-in and sell-out initiatives with customers, such as additional shelf displays and promotional leaflets.
  • Stay up to date on pricing, inventory, and promotional policies to support negotiations.
  • Identify new opportunities to use the sales fund, developing innovative initiatives beyond the promotional leaflet calendar.
  • Track changes and new product launches, understanding their features and benefits.
  • Fully develop the potential of customers and the territory.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed.
  • Experience in sales or a related commercial role.
  • Analytical, proactive, self-motivated, constructive, resilient, and curious profile.
  • Availability to travel.
  • Valid, active driver’s license.
